Ayurveda is an alternative medicine practice focused on bringing the body, mind and spirit into a balanced state. It is comprised of dietary, lifestyle, and herbal recommendations specific to a person's imbalanced expression. What makes Ayurveda so effective and unique is that its approach is completely individualized rather than suggesting a one size fits all approach or remedy. We are reminded through Ayurvedic practice that we are our very own healer.
